Rice Pakodas

Ingredients:

Besan - 1/2cup
Cooked rice - 2 cups
Chopped rice -1tblspn
Chopped onions - 1/2cup
Chopped green coriander - 1tblspn
Chopped ginger - 1tblspn
Chaat masala - 1tblspn
Salt as per taste
Oil -for deep frying

Procedure:
  • Mix all the above items except oil.
  • Add one-fourth cup of water to make a thick batter.
  • Heat oil in a kadai to a moderate heat.
  • Spoon the batter into the hot oil deep fry till golden brown.
  • Serve hot with chutney of your choice.
