Sugar - 100 gms
Cardamom powder - 4gms
Raisins, Cashewnuts
Rose water - 8 ml
Procedure:
Ghee - 80ml

Procedure:
- In a heavy-bottomed pan, melt ghee and cook the carrots till soft.
- Add sugar. Cook till sugar melts.
- Add cardamom powder.
- Add rose water.
- Garnish with raisins and cashewnuts.
