Carrot Halwa


Ingredients:

Ghee - 80ml
Grated carrots - 400gms
Sugar - 100 gms
Cardamom powder - 4gms
Raisins, Cashewnuts
Rose water - 8 ml

Procedure:

  • In a heavy-bottomed pan, melt ghee and cook the carrots till soft.
  • Add sugar. Cook till sugar melts.
  • Add cardamom powder.
  • Add rose water.
  • Garnish with raisins and cashewnuts.
