Ingredients:
Thin poha -1 cup (Poha-Hindi/Atukulu-Telugu/Aval-Tamil)
Sugar- ½ cup
Milk-4 cups
Elachi powder ½ tsp
Cashews, raisins, almonds
Shredded coconut- 1 tbsp
Ghee to fry cashews ,raisins and coconut powder
Procedure:
Thin poha -1 cup (Poha-Hindi/Atukulu-Telugu/Aval-Tamil)
Sugar- ½ cup
Milk-4 cups

Shredded coconut- 1 tbsp
Ghee to fry cashews ,raisins and coconut powder
Procedure:
- Wash poha drain water and keep aside for 5 min.
- Take 1 tbsp ghee. Heat it and fry cashews, raisins and shredded coconut one after other.
- Add poha and sugar to boiled milk.
- Add cardamom powder and fried items .
- Mix well and serve warm.
