Ingredients:
Oats -1 cup,
Onion finely sliced - 1
Tomato chopped -1
Greenchillies -2.
Beans, Carrots finely sliced
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Procedure:

Procedure:
- Dry fry oats for a few minutes and set aside
- Add a spoon of oil in a pan add mustard seeds let them splutter.
- Add sliced vegetables fry a little.
- Add one and half cup of water, add oats and cook till its done.
- Add salt to taste and garnish with finely choopped coriander leaves.
