Ingredients:
Vegetable (carrots, beans, capsicum, peas)
Onions -2
Tomatoes - 2
salt to taste
lemon juice - 1 tblsp
coriander leaves
for masala:
Onions-2

cashewnuts- 1tbl sp
garlic -2flakes
ginger-small bit
(grind all the above with little water)
Procedure:

Procedure:
- Cook vegetables.
- Cut onions, tomatoes. In a kadai, heat oil. Add onions fry till golden brown.
- Then add tomatoes, pinch of turmeric powder.
- Add the grounded masala paste.
- Add the cooked vegetables and salt and mix well.
- Remove from fire and then add lemon juice, coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with roti.
