Ingredients:
Semiya - 1 Cup
Rice flour - 1/2 cup
Sour curd - 1/2 cup
Ginger minced - 1 tsp
Green chillies minced - 1 tsp
Onions - 1 (finely chopped)
Curry leaves - finely chopped
Coriander leaves (optional) - finely chopped
Salt - to taste
Chilli powder - to taste
Hing - a pinch
Procedure:-
Semiya - 1 Cup
Rice flour - 1/2 cup
Sour curd - 1/2 cup
Ginger minced - 1 tsp
Green chillies minced - 1 tsp
Onions - 1 (finely chopped)

Hing - a pinch
Procedure:-
- In a bowl, add all the ingredients.
- Add enough water to get desired consistency.
- Let the mixture stand for 30 minutes.
- Heat a tava and pour a laddle full of the batter from outward to inward fashion like we pour for wheat dosa. Put some oil around the dosa.
- Once the dosa has cooked, turn over and cook till done.
- Hot and yummy semiya dosa is ready to be served.
