Garlic Rasam

Ingredients:

Tamarind -lemon size
Toor dhal - 2 tblsp
Tomato - 1
Garlic - 3 flakes
Pepper - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1tsp
coriander leaves
salt to taste

Procedure:

Cook the dhal and add tamarind water.
Grind tomato, garlic, pepper, cumin seeds into paste and then add to the tamarind water.
In a kadai, heat little oil add mustard seeds and pour the above mixture.
Add salt and allow it to boil.
Add coriander leaves and serve hot.
