Ingredients:
Tindli -1/4 kg
salt to taste
for masala:
coriander seeds - 4 tblsp
chana dhal - 2 tblsp
urad dhal - 1 tbl sp
red chillies - 3
coconut -1 tbl sp
fry the above without oil and grind the above.
for seasoning:
mustard seeds
urad dhal
chana dhal
curry leaves
Procedure:
Cut the vegetable into long pieces.
Heat oil in a kadai, add the seasonings.
Then add the vegetable and cook it.
After its cooked, add salt and masala powder.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
