Ingredients:
Cauliflower -small one
Onions -2
Tomatoes -2
Ginger - a small piece
Garlic - 3 flakes
Peas - 1 cup
Salt to taste
Garam masala powder
lemon - 1 tblsp
Coriander leaver for garnishing
Procedure:
- Cut cauliflower and boil in water with little salt and turmeric powder (by this, we can get rid of small insects)
- In a pan, heat oil, add onions, ginger, garlic and fry till they are brown.
- Add tomatoes with little water.
- Then add the cauliflower and peas and mix well.
- Add salt, garam masala powder.
- Add lemon juice. Garnish with coriander leaves.
