Ingredients:
Cauliflower -1
Potatoes - 3
Carrots - 2
Beans - 1 cup
Peas - 1 cup
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
for masala:
Coconut paste - 1/2 cup
Cashewnuts paste - 1/2 cup
Kaskas paste - 1/2 cup (soak in water then grind)
Method:
Cauliflower -1

Method:
- Cook all the vegetables and keep aside.
- In a pan, heat little oil. Add coconut paste, cashewnut paste, kaskas paste and fry for few minutes.
- Add boiled potatoes, beans, carrot, peas, cauliflower and mix well.
- Add little turmeric powder, red chillies powder, salt and little water.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
