INGREDIENTS:

3/4 boiled vegetables
4 French Beans,carrots, cabbage
salt
Ajinomoto Acc. to taste
Black pepper-a pinch
ghee for frying
soya sauce
METHOD:
Rice-1glass

METHOD:
- Boil rice in plain water.
- Heat krahi&put some ghee.
- Fry onions.
- When brown in color, Add 3/4 cooked vegetables. first add carrots,beans then cabbage.
- Fry for 3 minutes.
- Add salt and Ajinomotto.
- Add black pepper.
- Fry for 4-5 minutes further go on stirring lightly.
- If you want brown colored rice add a few drops of soya sauce.
