Fried Rice

INGREDIENTS:

Rice-1glass
onions -2
3/4 boiled vegetables
4 French Beans,carrots, cabbage
salt
Ajinomoto Acc. to taste
Black pepper-a pinch
ghee for frying
soya sauce

METHOD:
  • Boil rice in plain water.
  • Heat krahi&put some ghee.
  • Fry onions.
  • When brown in color, Add 3/4 cooked vegetables. first add carrots,beans then cabbage.
  • Fry for 3 minutes.
  • Add salt and Ajinomotto.
  • Add black pepper.
  • Fry for 4-5 minutes further go on stirring lightly.
  • If you want brown colored rice add a few drops of soya sauce.
