Chhole

Ingredients:

Kabuli channa - 50gms
Onions-3
Tomatoes-3
Ginger- a bit
Garlic- 3 flakes
Greenchillies-3
Garam masala powder-1-2 tsp
Lemon- 1/2
Oil
Salt to taste

Procedure:
  • Soak the channa overnight. Pressure cook it.
  • Grind together onions, tomatoes, garlic, ginger, greenchilliess and make a paste.
  • In a kadai, heat oil and boil the above paste.
  • Add the channa with salt and garam masala.
  • Let it cook till you get the gravy curry.
  • Finally add lemon juice and mix well.
  • Serve hot with coriander leaves.
