Ingredients:
250g - brinjal
250g - fenugreek leaves
1 - onion
1 - tomato
1 tsp - ginger garlic paste
1 tsp - red chillipowder
1 tsp - coriander powder
1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
Salt as per taste
Oil for cooking
Method:

Method:
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add chopped onion and fry.
- When the onion turns brown, add chopped tomatoes, salt and spices.
- When the mixture bubbles, add chopped brinjal, stir well and cover till brinjal is cooked.
- When the brinjals are done, add the fenugreek leaves.
- Mix well and cook for 5 min.
- Enjoy with chappati.
