Ingredients:
Potatoes (boiled) -2
Mealmaker (soya chunks) - 1cup
Onions -2
Tomatoes - 2
Ginger Garlic - 1/2 spoon each
coriander powder -1tsp
garam masala powder - 1tsp
salt to taste
coriander leaves for garnishing
Method:
Heat little oil in a pan
Add ginger, garlic, onions and saute it
Add tomatoes and fry for a while
when its cooked, add soya chunks (before adding, dip in water and squeeze the water)
add boiled potatoes, salt, coriander powder, garam masala powder
Finally garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
