Ingredients:
Moong dal - 1/2 cup
Spinach (palak) - 1
Turmeric powder
Salt to taste

for seasoning:

mustard seeds
blackgram dal (urad)
red chilles
for grinding:

coconut - 2tblsp
fenugreek seeds - 1/2 tsp
Black pepper - 1tsp
green chillies - 2
cumin seeds - 1tsp
Method:
Cook dal and spinach in pressure cooker.
Heat oil, add mustard seeds, blackgram dal (urad dal), red chilles.
when it splutters, add the dal and spinach.
Add the grounded masala and stir well.
Add salt, turmeric powder, hing.
Allow to boil for 2mins.
Serve hot with rice or chapatis.
