Chur Mur Poha

Ingredients:

Rice flakes - 2 cup
Oil – 1 ½ tbs.
Asafetida – ¾ tsp.
Mustard – 1 tsp.
Green chilies - 4
Garlic - 3
Roasted Groundnut - ½ cup
Cashew nuts - ¼ cup.
Sugar – 1tbsp
Turmeric - ¼ tsp.
Desiccated coconut - ¼ cup

Preparation:
  • Heat kadai and fry the rice flakes till they are crisp. Remove from fire.
  • Now add oil to the kadai. Add mustard seeds, asafoetida.when mustard starts cracking add green chillies, minced garlic and fry for sometime.
  • Now add groundnuts, cashew nuts, desiccated coconut and fry for somemore time.
  • Add turmeric, rice flakes, salt and sugar and fry for 2 minutes.remove from fire and store in an airtight container.
